Refund Policy

At Ashtec Surgical, customer satisfaction is our priority. We maintain strict quality control, but if an issue arises, our Refund & Return Policy ensures a fair and transparent process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Customers must inform us within 7 working days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Customized, engraved, or specially manufactured instruments are non-returnable unless defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products used or damaged due to mishandling.

  • Instruments that have been sterilized or contaminated.

  • Clearance or discounted items.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@ashtecsurgicalworld.com with your order details.

  2. Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  4. Once approved, ship the product back to us at the provided return address.


4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).


5. Replacements & Exchanges

  • Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement or exchange for the same or similar product (subject to availability).

  • Replacement shipping costs may apply unless the error was on our side.


6. International Orders

  • Customers outside Pakistan are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and customs fees (unless the return is due to our mistake).
